BluePhone Refund Policy

1. Product Refunds; Termination.

BluePhone will refund your purchase of a Product if you request a refund within 30 days from your date of purchase. BluePhone's 30 day money-back guarantee for Products also applies to each additional renewal of a Product subscription. You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team at 866-727-BLUE(2583) or by email at support@BluePhone.com at least five (5) days prior to any anniversary or renewal date informing us that you would like to terminate your right to automatically renew your Product subscription.

2. Service Refunds; Termination.
a. Per Incident Service Purchase.

If you purchase a certain number of Service incidents, you must request a refund within five (5) days of use of your incidents to receive a refund. For example, if you purchase and use a Service incident on the 1st of the month, you must request a refund by the 6th of the month.

b. Monthly or Quarterly Subscription.

If you purchase a monthly or quarterly subscription, you must request a refund within fourteen (14) days of signing up for the monthly or quarterly Service subscription. Thereafter, you must request to cancel the Service at least five (5) days prior to your renewal date. If you request to cancel your subscription at least five (5) days before your renewal date, you will not be charged for the subsequent renewal. Partial month or quarter refunds will not be issued.

c. Annual Subscription.

If you purchase an annual subscription, you must request a refund within fourteen (14) days of signing up for the annual Service subscription. Thereafter, you must request to cancel the service at least five (5) days prior to your annual renewal date. If you request to cancel your annual subscription at least five (5) days before your annual renewal date, you will not be charged for the subsequent renewal term. If you use the Service during any renewal term, you will not be entitled to a refund but will be entitled to receive the Service through the end of your current renewal term. If you do not use the Service during any renewal term, you may request a refund for your current renewal term within fourteen (14) days after your annual renewal date. Partial year refunds will not be issued.
